In 1994, he graduated from the first faculty of Medical prevention of the Azerbaijan State Medical University.
In 1994-1995, he successfully completed an internship in surgery at the city clinical hospital No. 5.
In 1995-1998, he worked as a doctor of residency at the city clinical hospital No. 5.
In 1998, he successfully completed the course on "Aesthetic and reconstructive plastic microsurgery", taught By I. I. Kuzanov in the Republic of Georgia.
In 1998-2005, he worked as an assistant at the Department of vascular surgery (phlebology) at the Azerbaijan state Institute for the improvement of doctors, named after A. Aliyev.
In 2002, he completed a course on "Ultrasound examination of veins-dopplerography" at the scientific and surgical center REA, Russian Federation.
Since 2005, he has worked as a phlebologist-surgeon in various clinics.
In 2008, he was awarded the title of Doctor of Philosophy in medical Sciences by the Higher Attestation Commission. He is the author of 10 scientific articles and manuals.
